Ms. Hartt came for a visit last weekend. We ended up at
Lynchburg’s largest indoor flea market where I bought a new Polaroid camera. It came with a pack of film in it so I had to commemorate the occasion.Ms. Hartt is one of my favorite people and says some of the funniest things.
My favorite quote from the weekend was said after giving Nathan a head/neck/shoulder massage (at his request).
“Well of course it hurts, you’ve got a big head to support”.
I ordered some goodies from the Whittemore-Durgin Glass Company and my order arrived late last week. I thought I would share a picture of some of the vintage ephemera I received. I’m excited to incorporate them into the projects I’m working on. Our camera is on it’s last leg so I scanned a few of the items. Not the best picture but it reinforces my desire to purchase a new camera, which if all goes according to plan, should happen soon!
In celebration of Valentine’s Day, albeit a little early, here’s a list of 3 things I love.
#1 Taking pictures (in case you hadn’t figured that out yet!)
#2 Snow (the white fluffy stuff, not wet icy stuff!)
#3 My job (because my schedule is so flexible I’m able to disappear for 3 hours to go take pictures in the snow!)
